A mix of residential development was proposed for the site. The design reflected the architecture of the surrounding Park District in terms of scale, massing and layout. The external materials are traditional, with a mix of sandstone façade, slate or lead roofs. Design features match adjacent elevations such as chimneys, entrances and window features.
A terrace of mews properties, with a mix of possible work/live units are proposed along the south boundary of the site to Park Circus Lane. Pends will house cycle racks and bin storage for the residences and allow vehicular access to the private parking areas.
