Contract: Conversion of warehouse to 6 luxury flats

The project consists of a conversion of an existing 3 storey warehouse building to six flats with associated parking and amenity space. An additional 4th level is being created within a new roof space. The existing building will be stripped of all existing partitions, stairs, fixtures and fittings. A new access stair from the existing entrance will be created with access to 2 flats on each of the upper storeys. The ground floor will accommodate the parking, amenity space etc and will be accessed via an existing loading bay door to the parking, and a new entrance doorway will be created in an existing window opening width – cut to floor level.

The apartments themselves will be fitted out to a high specification befitting the scale of the warehouse spaces. The serviced areas are contained within a zone in the middle of the deep floor zone allowing each room to benefit from the large warehouse windows. The high ceiling areas are retained in the room areas to retain the feeling of the existing warehouse with spacious light areas.
